        项目拟选址在铜川市王益区黄堡镇孟姜塬下、漆水河畔，占地面积500亩左右。项目建设一座集陶瓷学习、研究、展示、交流为一体的国际化陶瓷学院。

        公司成立于2018年，是一家集水泥产销于一体的大型集团化企业的下属企业。公司建有两条日产2500吨新型干法熟料生产线和两条年产100万吨的水泥粉磨线，年产水泥200万吨，年产值达6亿元。主要产品有“尧柏”牌通用水泥52.5R、硅酸盐水泥熟料、特种水泥（油井水泥，中热硅酸水泥，低热硅酸水泥，道路硅酸盐水泥）。
        Founded in 2018, the company is a subsidiary of a large group enterprise integrating cement production and sales. The company has two new dry-process clinker production lines with a daily output of 2500 tons and two cement grinding lines with an annual output of 1 million tons, with an annual output of 2 million tons of cement and an annual output value of 600 million yuan.
