本项目规划总建筑面积约7.37万㎡，主要包括科创制造区22400㎡，研发生产区43200㎡，生活配套区8100㎡，并完善道路、给排水、电力电讯等相关配套基础设施。
The planned total construction area of this project is about 73,700 square meters, which mainly includes 22,400 square meters of science and technology manufacturing area, 43,200 square meters of R&D and production area, 8,100 square meters of living supporting area, and improvement of related supporting infrastructure such as roads, water supply and drainage, power and telecommunications.
估算投资：3.4亿元
Investment:340 million yuan
效益预测 预计年可实现销售收入5亿元，利润1亿元。
Benefit forecast: It is estimated that the annual sales income will be 500 million yuan and the profit will be 100 million yuan.

Hungarian AMIRA Mineral Water Company has the relevant qualifications for mining spring water. It is located in Zsurk, Hungary. It has an annual mining volume of 32.6 million liters.
