涉外经济贸易争议调解案件收费按以下标准执行：

如调解程序因故中止，调解中心可根据调解工作的进展情况和实际开支，适当返还当事人预交的部分调解费。
申请调解时未确定争议金额的，由调解中心秘书处决定调解收费金额。?
调解人员认为确有必要到外地察看调查的，调解人员的食宿、交通费用等实际开支，按合理的费用标准向当事人收取。
申请调解时，按收费标准向当事人收取５０％的调解费预付金，结案时再收取５０％。
调解撤案或调解不成功的，按收费标准酌情收取１０％～５０％，已发生的合理的实际开支，可以向当事人另行收取。北京调解中心与外国有关机构进行联合调解的案件的收费，参照上述调解收费表与该外国机构协商确定。?
调解员的国际旅差费及外国调解员的报酬向当事人另行收取。

0.5% of the claimed Amount | Where the amount of claim is not ascertained at the time when applying for mediation or there exists special circumstances, the amount of mediation fee shall be determined by the Secretariat of the mediation Center. If the mediator or mediators consider(s) it really necessary to make inspection or investigation in places other than the place of mediation, the meals, accommodation, travel and other actual expenses of the mediator(s) shall be collected from the parties at a reasonable charge standard. In case the mediation procedure is suspended, the mediation Center may charge a certain amount of fees from the parties according to the quantity of work and the amount of the actual expenses and refund the remaining part of mediation fees to the parties.
